Recently, I had to pleasure of speaking with a fellow soldier in the Good Food Movement. Her name is Olivia, and instead of her frittering away her free time with TV and facebook, she prefers to put herself to work for the animals. As a member of the organization Vegan Outreach, she has dedicated herself to spreading the word about animal cruelty, factory farming, and the effects we as consumers can have on the industry.
